All the diamonds listed on this website are 100% Natural.
We make every effort to give you an accurate impression of our jewellery through this Website.
Please note, however, that images may not be to scale and will vary according to the settings on your individual computer.
All diamonds on this website above .25ct are accompanied with a certificate from an independent laboratory.
No contract will subsist between you and RJ Diamonds for the sale of any item unless and until you have received confirmation of your order and its details from us. Once you have received that confirmation, there will be a legally binding contract between us. Confirmations are automatically sent to your email address once the order has been placed.
All orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
This website will currently accept payment by:
Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard (Europay), Switch/Maestro, Solo, and Electron.
RJ Diamonds uses LloydsTSB Cardnet for card processing.
All prices include V.A.T, currently at the rate of 17.5%.
We only accept orders from the United Kingdom and it must be delivered to the card holders address.
Ring Sizing
If you found out that you have ordered the wrong finger size and have recieved the ring there is a £30 charge to change the size.
If we have accidentally made the ring to the wrong size, we will happily alter it free of charge for you. Please follow the instructions below for returning your purchase to us. Alterations normally take 3-6 working days from when we receive them.
Please note: Some rings cannot be resized e.g. full/half eternity rings (these are rings with diamonds half or all the way round the ring), on these products there will be a mention of this, it would be best if a professional jeweller were to measure the finger size in this case.
There is no charge for delivery within the United Kingdom.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fully Insured.
On average we ask for approx 14 working days for delivery. This can vary depending on the product that has been ordered. I.E Diamond shoulder set rings and custom made rings.
If there is likely to be a delay with your order we will notify you immediately.
You will be asked to sign for the delivery and this will be used as proof of delivery. Please ensure that the address you give us for delivery is secure and that you, or someone on your behalf, are available to sign for the delivery. If someone without authority signs for the purchase at the address you have given us, it will not be the responsibility of RJ Diamonds.
If paying via Credit or Debit card, we can only send your purchase to the billing address of that card. Unfortunately this is nessacary to combat card fraud.
You may cancel your order for a full refund (unless it is for a custom-made piece) for any reason at any time up to the end of the tenth day after you receive your order.
Custom Made pieces are jewellery items that have been designed and made as a one off, and rings which can't be resize. e.g. full or half eternity rings
This refund is only available if the item is unworn, in a saleable condition and is returned with its original packaging and certificate(s). You should also include proof of purchase. Please note that all jewellery returned will be checked by our experts to ensure it is as originally sent, by us to you, before a refund is processed.
To cancel your order you must notify us in writing at sales@rjdiamonds.co.uk or by post to RJ Diamonds, 18-20 High Street, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1AF.
Please ensure items are returned within 5 working days of notification of return for a full refund or exchange (subject to the conditions above).
We aim to make the refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
Any items being returned should be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery to:
RJDiamonds, 18-20 High Street, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1AF. Please ensure that you fully insure the item(s).
In the unlikely event that you receive your item(s) in a faulty/damaged state, please notify us as soon as possible, these items will be dealt with in accordance with our returns procedure. Any item that is found to be damaged or faulty which is not our fault will be charged at the appropriate rate.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for items which are lost on their return to us so please be sure to retain your proof of posting.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice and will post the new version on the Website when we do so. Your continued use of the Website will signify your acceptance of those new terms.
